Governance

The City relies on good governance practices to effectively deliver on the complex responsibilities in our community. These include codes of conduct and governance framework, while providing transparent access to records via the Freedom of Information Act and Public Interest Disclosure Act. 

The City of Joondalup acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of this land, the Whadjuk people of the Noongar nation and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging as well as all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
