Register for eRates
Follow these steps to register for eRates:
- Register online: Simply complete the eRates Registration Form
- Verify your email: Click the verification link sent to your email within 48 hours of registering to verify your email and validate your registration
- Start receiving notices: Once your email is verified, you will begin receiving your rate and instalment notices via email.

You can easily obtain greens tipping and shredded green waste (mulch) vouchers online. Visit the greens waste disposal page and fill out the form with your name, address, and email. The vouchers will be sent to you via email, ready to download on your smart device for immediate use.
To use the vouchers, just display them on your phone or iPad at the Wangara Greens Recycling Facility. The QR code will be scanned there, and you may be asked to show a valid ID for address verification.
