Register for eRates

Follow these steps to register for eRates:

  1. Register online: Simply complete the eRates Registration Form
  2. Verify your email: Click the verification link sent to your email within 48 hours of registering to verify your email and validate your registration
  3. Start receiving notices: Once your email is verified, you will begin receiving your rate and instalment notices via email.

Call the City’s Rating Services Team on 9400 4000 for assistance. Once your identity is verified, we'll provide the necessary information for registration.

The link expires, and you will need to re-register for eRates.

Visit eRates Registration Form and re-enter your registered email. The system will recognise your email address and resend the registration confirmation.

In your registration successful email, click on 'Manage your eRates subscription' to access a history of your rates notices.

No, once registered for one property, add others using the 'Manage your eRates subscription' link in your Registration Successful email.

Update it via the 'Manage your eRates subscription' button in the Registration Successful email and verify the new address when prompted. An verification email will be sent to your new email address.

Your details will not be updated until the link is clicked.

No, eRates does not require a password. Secure email links are provided for access.

City News and other informational brochures are included in the eRates email.

You can easily obtain greens tipping and shredded green waste (mulch) vouchers online. Visit the greens waste disposal page and fill out the form with your name, address, and email. The vouchers will be sent to you via email, ready to download on your smart device for immediate use.

To use the vouchers, just display them on your phone or iPad at the Wangara Greens Recycling Facility. The QR code will be scanned there, and you may be asked to show a valid ID for address verification.
