Food waste costs the average household $2,500 a year - that’s 7.7 million meals wasted across Australia! There are several things that we can do about it, such as meal planning and freezing leftovers. 

Join the City in a series of workshops based all around reducing food waste. These are hands on workshops, led by nutritionist Nicole Ingram from Grow Cook Eat WA. Nicole will equip you with practical tips to reduce food waste, create tasty new meals, and give you strategies for budget friendly cooking. 

All workshops will take place at Seacrest Park Community Facility and run for 2.5 hours starting at 10am-12.30pm.
