Waste not want not - Pickling and preserving

Learn about the different ways to preserve food and how to enjoy the benefits of using seasonal produce. Get hands on practice making your own chutney and pickles, that you take away to enjoy at home. 

Suitable for adults of all cooking abilities. 

Note for participants who book
Bring along 2 medium jars (around 450g) with metal lids that will be shared at the workshop, keeping in mind that you may not be bringing the same jars home.
