Public notice — Major land transaction — 40 Ocean Parade, Burns Beach
In accordance with section 3.59 of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Joondalup gives notice of its intention to enter into a major land transaction.
The City is progressing a project to develop a food and beverage facility on City-managed Crown land within the Burns Beach Coastal Node.
Submissions accepted: Thursday 7 November 2024 – Wednesday 18 December 2024
