myJoondalup

myJoondalup is the City’s customer self-service portal that enables you to create an account and request for various City services,  and keep track of the status of your requests.

The City is progressively moving online services to myJoondalup. Currently you can use myJoondalup to complete the following activities: 

  • Register for an online account with the City.
  • Submit various types of Planning and Building applications.
  • Submit various types of applications for businesses or traders permits.
  • Link to the properties you own within the City of Joondalup. 
  • Request for and manage bins, and other waste services at your property including booking bulk waste collections. 
  • Submit and sign ePetitions with the City. 

More services will be available in the online portal over time, giving you the flexibility to interact with the City, anytime anywhere.
