The online resources are limited to the Library public PC’s and devices connected to the City Wi-Fi.
Family history help sessions
Experienced volunteers can provide research support to start your family history or address challenges in compiling your family tree. Information sessions are held as follows:
- Joondalup Library, Local History area – Wednesdays, 9am – 12noon
- Joondalup Library, Local History area – Third Saturday of the month, 1pm – 3pm
- Woodvale Library – Tuesdays, 9.30am – 12.30pm.
No bookings are required.

Local History publishes a quarterly newsletter filled with articles about the local area, suburbs, people, and useful tips and hints to help with your family history research. Pick up the latest issue from your Library or download all issues from the library catalogue.
