Graffiti management

The City is responsible for the removal of graffiti from city-owned property and infrastructure. In addition, the City can arrange removal of graffiti from private residential and commercial properties with the owner’s permission, when the graffiti is visible from public space.

Upon receipt of a report, the City aims to remove graffiti within two business days. If graffiti is obscene or offensive, the City aims to remove it within one business day.

Obscene and offensive graffiti can also be reported to WA Police via the Goodbye Graffiti Police Form

To report graffiti on Australia Post property such as parcel lockers, post boxes and post offices, please contact 13 13 18.

To report graffiti on Main Roads infrastructure such as bridges, noise walls, or retaining walls, please contact 138 138.
