JP at Joondalup Library

A Justice of the Peace is available to sign documents on
Thursday afternoons 5.00pm to 6.30pm and
Saturday mornings 10.00am to 12.30pm.
This is a free community service and no appointment is necessary, however it is recommended to phone the library on the day to confirm the attendance of the JP.
Please note: for Certified Copies, please bring your own copies, as well as the original document; for documents requiring a 2nd witness, please bring someone with you to be the 2nd witness, e.g. for a Will; Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA); Enduring Power of Guardianship (EPG); Advanced Health Directives (AHD).
