On Saturday 3 May access to the Joondalup Library car park will be via Davidson Terrace due to the Joondalup Festival of Motoring.
Traffic management will be in place to ensure library patrons and voters are able to access the library.
Joondalup Library will be closed on Sunday 4 May for the festival.
