Innovate Joondalup – Business Support Programs 

Innovate Joondalup is committed to helping local businesses and entrepreneurs succeed through its Business Support Programs, designed to provide valuable resources at every stage of growth.

These programs are free of charge and open to eligible businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs within the City of Joondalup.  

In 2025 we partnered with leading training providers to deliver the following specialised support programs:  

• Level Up - Hello Monday: Tailored for female entrepreneurs and facilitated by Hello Monday, Level Up focuses on developing business goals, actions, values, and service delivery, providing mentoring, resources and networking opportunities to empower women in business.  
• Plus Eight Sprint: Delivered by Spacecubed, this program focuses on rapid development for startups, helping to refine business models and scale quickly. This Pre-Accelerator Program offers six weeks of free mentorship, plus access to investors and advisors to further refine business ideas and skills.  
• Upskill for Business: Provided by Business Station, this program is designed for business owners, managers and key staff seeking to strengthen their financial, operational and marketing skills. It will support the development of technical and strategic skills critical for operations, digital marketing, financial management and sales.   
• Practical AI: Led by The Excellence Project, this program provides practical knowledge on a variety of AI tools, which can be immediately implemented to boost productivity and efficiency.
