Innovate Joondalup is a dynamic City initiative designed to support businesses at every stage of their journey. Throughout the year, the City of Joondalup offers a variety of targeted programs to eligible local businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs, fostering innovation and business success. 

The City has partnered with leading organisations to deliver specialised support programs: 

• Thrive: Administered by Business Station, the Thrive program helps you to grow your business over six months by building sound business fundamentals, executing well-developed strategy and receiving ongoing feedback. 
• Plus 8 Sprint: Delivered by Spacecubed, this program focuses on rapid development for startups, helping refine their business models and scale quickly. This pre-accelerator program offers six weeks of free mentorship, providing residents access to mentors, investors, and advisors to refine their business ideas and skills. 
• Level Up: Facilitated by Hello Monday, Level Up is specifically tailored for female entrepreneurs, this program focuses on developing business goals, actions, values, and service delivery, including mentoring and targeted support and provides resources and networking opportunities to empower women in business
