Discover how to register your interest in becoming a food vendor at the City’s popular events, which include outdoor concerts and major festivals.
If you are a food vendor who delivers quality food and exceptional presentation, we encourage you to submit an expression of interest.

How to apply
Before applying, familiarise yourself with the selection criteria and terms of trade by reviewing the Food Vendor Expression of Interest Pack (PDF).
The following document must be submitted with the application form:
- certificate of currency for public liability insurance
- valid food business registration
- recent inspection report (within the last six months)
- detailed menu and pricing
- images of your products and food setup.

Important notes:
- Include all required supporting documents with your application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Submit only one application for all the 2024-25 events.
- Submitting an expression of interest does not ensure selection.
Fees
Selected vendors will need to pay a fee of $150 per day. This fee is payable via credit card and is non-refundable.
